Camping in the southern Steiermark wine-region! There are many various sights, like the Castle Seggau or excavations from the Roman city of Flavia Solva, to visit in the event and shopping town Leibnitz. The southern Steiermark wine-region, also known as … the “Steiermark Tuscany”, offers cultural goods and culinary delights, which are definitely worth being explored. Leibnitz is the cycling centre of the southern Steiermark wine-region (Mur, Sulmtal and Römer bike routes) and is also an ideal starting point for hiking. Publicly-organised events, bustling activities, refined hospitality, sports activities and more make this town into a worthwhile holiday destination. Further excursions can be taken to the Steiermark spas, the Piber stud farm, Herberstein zoo, Murstätten Golf Course etc. Grocery provision is only 0.5km away. Baby changing facilities available. The campsite is situated on the edge of the town park near the municipal pool. The campsite also offers shady pitches due to its tree nurseries Free entry into the directly adjacent adventure pool (with children’s, adventure and sports pools) and leisure facilities including beach volleyball, athletics, ball game facilities and a fitness mile!
