The 1st RV & Caravan Site Mureck , is the ideal location for cyclists, hikers and people who love travelling and exploring. The site is situated directly on the edge of the forest, adjacent to the outdoor pool and the … Mur river cycle path „R2“, yet only 200 m from the historic center of the town of Mureck. It provides ideal conditions for a time to relax. The site provides 82 divided, shaded and sunny pitches with electricity supply for RVs and caravans with up to 20 m length, separate sanitary buildings for ladies and gentlemen, supply and disposal facilities with 5 fresh water collection places, 3 disposal facilities for cassette toilets, Wi-Fi, a reception with with small garden an a dog garden, meet all requirements of a modern RV & Caravan Site. Only about 9.5 km from the motorway A9 (exit Gersdorf), the RV & Caravan Site Mureck is easy to reach via main roads. Numerous sights in Mureck and the surrounding Mur Auenland offer a variety of excursion and discovery possibilities, which are accompanied by pittoresque wine bars „„Buschenschanken“ with regional delicacies. There are the ship mill in the Mur („Murecker Schiffsmühle“) , with its old mill yard, which is only a few minutes' walk away from the site (about 200 m), the impressive Au adventure trail, the modern River Mur Tower „Murturm“, which offers a great view. After extensive cycling trips, hikes, or a city stroll, the site invites you to relax under the shade of the trees or swim in the adjacent outdoor swimming pool. Located close to the centre but away from traffic noise, your sleep will only be accompanied by the birds‘ songs. Open from April, 1st, until October, 31st, 24 hours a day
